How do I open a credit Account Facility? |
| Please complete the form on our Website.
Your account will normally be opened in 4-5 working days. Should you require goods urgently please contact our Sales Office. Please note that for sole traders and Limited Companies which have traded for less than six months we will not be able to offer a Credit Account Facility, we shall,
however, be pleased to trade initially on a payment with order or credit/debit card basis. |

What are your Carriage Terms? |
| Orders are despatched for next day delivery. UK mainland
orders (excluding the Highlands and Islands) are carriage paid for orders
over £275 exc.vat. Orders below £275 will carry an £8 delivery charge. |

What day is delivery due? |
| Orders placed before 1pm will normally be delivered the
following day, please note that the carriers operate between 8am and 6pm and
that delivery can be made at any time during this period. Orders placed on a
Friday would normally be delivered on the next Monday. |

| We hold large stocks of the products shown on our Website and can normally deliver from stock. For items indicated as "to order only" please contact our Sales Office to confirm availability. |

| Some products have the MSDS sheets on line, for others there are links to the
relevant Manufacturers site where these are available. If you cannot find the one you require, please contact our Sales Office who will be able to
fax, post or e-mail it to you by return. |

What times are you open for business? |
| Our Website is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
Office hours are 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday. If you are near to our
premises, we do have an extensive showroom and trade counter. |

| We can arrange a demonstration for most equipment of a value over £350 within our van delivery area. Please contact our Sales Office to make arrangements |

What is your returns policy? |
| If goods are unused and in their original packaging we will
gladly credit or refund them. Unfortunately we are unable to do this with
special order items, unless they are faulty. |
